Bruce G. Barnhard is a Commercial Investment Associate specializing in Business Development for McKinzie Commercial Real Estate Services. He is a licensed General Contractor with a varied Real Estate background. He has an accomplished background in the Commercial / Residential Construction and Development arenas. He has built in the Big Box Retail, Restaurant, Theatre, Hospitality and Petroleum Truck & Travel industries for National clients. Including a client list such as Wal-Mart, The Home Depot, Best Buy, Mervyn’s, JC Penney’s, Chili’s, Long John Silver’s, A&W’s, Wendy’s, United Artist & Pacific Theatre’s, Extended Stay America Hotels, Pilot & Flying J Truck & Travel Centers. Including the above he has built Corporate and Medical Office buildings and complete interior improvements. He has entitled, financed and developed multiple R-1, PUD subdivisions. He is also currently the Senior Project Manager for Madison Commercial Construction.

Bruce has been formally educated in the School of Architecture and Environmental Design with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA.
