Laura Geiger raised in Taft, CA has returned home to establish her Commercial Real Estate identity with McKinzie Commercial Real Estate. Laura has entrepreneurial back ground as a Restaurateur in Arizona in the mid 90s just off the campus of ASU. Later she excelled in Sales with her husband as the owners of a Pool Business.

In 2003 with a growing family, she moved to Burbank, CA, where she and her husband, a General Contractor started another new business. Laura’s expertise gravitated into the development side of the business. She continued to cultivate her contacts among other developers and investors. She increased her skills and became proficient at lending and assembling private money sources with entrepreneurs from established businesses, start-ups to franchises. As a result, she became a licensed real estate agent and loan agent as the progression of her skills and expertise continued to expand and develop.

Returning to Taft during the resurgence of the oil market has widened the scope of opportunities. She has established a powerful and cooperative relationship with City Government and assists various departments meet the challenges of a growing community. She is recognized by her piers and the citizenry as one who keeps commitments and makes deals!
