Pat Skrable is one of the founding associates of McKinzie Commercial Real Estate. In 2005, Pat was named Chief Operating Officer and is a partner in McKinzie Commercial Real Estate. Pat has unique ability to communicate the issues of a complex real estate market which has always been recognized within the industry.

Pat Skrable is a Bakersfield native and is remembered for his athletic accomplishments while at Bakersfield High School. The highlight of Pat’s athletic career was playing professional baseball for 5 years with the Philadelphia Phillies organization. After his retirement from baseball, he began a new career with Alarmex, an electronic security company and was employed for 10 years. During his employment with Alarmex, Pat was promoted to Sales Manager and eventually became General Manager of the company. His sales achievements came to the attention of Paramount Financial Group and Pat was recruited to be their VP in charge of Real Estate Development. In 1988, Pat became a licensed real estate agent, and in 1991 joined the commercial real estate department with Karpe Real Estate. Over the span of 20 years in real estate, Pat has specialized in the Commercial Real Estate and is highly regarded by other professionals in the Bakersfield Real Estate Market.
