Richard Clasen is a Kern County native born and raised in Bakersfield. After finishing college, Richard married and began his career in real estate with Title Insurance & Trust, Co. where inside knowledge of real estate has power and value. During this time, Richard began his Farming and Ranching enterprise by merging with his father-in-law. The farming operation included cotton, sugar beets, almonds and alfalfa. Because of the nature of farming, Richard’s practical application of Real Estate continued with the family farm expansion by acquiring property for which he was particularly well suited. Richard also acquired a Land Leveling business which he continues to operate today.
