Story of McKinzie Commercial Real Estate
McKinzie Commercial Real Estate was founded in early 2004 in Bakersfield
California.
It was the vision of the founder, Steve McKinzie; to create a company
that could not only accomplish the traditional Real Estate sales and marketing activities,
but could also assist in many of the ancillary concerns which are inevitable in
a real estate transaction.
Since its inception McKinzie Commercial has been in action to build a successful
and accomplished identity in the Market place. The McKinzie interpretation of a
successful accomplished identity is one where customers recognize that we are producing
valued accomplishments consistently and more often than others in the same profession.
Our company makes offers based on the needs and concerns spoken by our customers.
We pay particular attention to the underlying reason for our customers’ participation
in the real estate market. Typically there is a narrative or story about what concerns
an investment in real estate is meant to take care of. In other words, we ask our
customers “for the sake of what are you doing this?” Our understanding of the costumers
end goal allows us to make better assessments of “interim situations” necessary
to achieve their objective.

McKinzie Commercial Real Estate is in existence to fulfill on promises made by our
agents and principals. To accomplish this we follow the guidelines listed below:

designed to accomplish the results set forth by the customer. A narrative
about what we are trying to achieve must be grounded in reality. Therefore strategies
are tested with experts possessing working knowledge of the discourses of economics,
finance and project development.

Specifically how we are going to design, and manage a specific transaction or project.
A commitment to perform. The understanding
of what recourses are necessary to bring forth in order accomplish the desired result.
